CASSINE OFFSHORE AND LOGISTICS NIGERIA LIMITED is a private maritime security, oil and gas services company established with a clear mission to support the oil and gas industry through the delivery of specialized, value-driven services. Our operations are structured into three core divisions: Vessel Supply & Management, Drilling Fluids and Chemicals, and Procurement Services.
Incorporated in both Nigeria and the United Kingdom on October 14th and August 1st, 2021 respectively, COL is duly registered with all relevant industry regulatory bodies, including NIPEX, NAPIMS, DPR, and NNPC. We are also recognized vendors to several multinational companies such as TOTAL, SAIPEM, KAZTEC, BSL DRILLING FLUIDS, ATLANTIC FLUIDS, among others.
Since our inception, we have proudly provided services to international oil companies (IOCs), corporate organizations, construction firms, and stakeholders in the maritime, gas, chemical, and mining sectors. At COL, safety is not negotiable — it is the foundation upon which all our operational and strategic decisions are made. Safety Policy
At COL, we recognize the critical importance of health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) practices. We are committed to performing all tasks with precision and care to prevent accidents, injuries, and material losses during and after project execution.
All projects are executed in full alignment with client HSSE policies, and our operational sites enforce the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including, but not limited to, safety boots, hard hats, hand gloves, earmuffs, goggles, and life jackets.
